Caring in Movement

Drawing inspiration from plant and animal life and from the elements, explore attitudes such as acceptance, curiosity, and contentment. During these weekly sessions, we shall practically explore how to move with awareness but without judgement as a way to stay well. We will engage our bodies, breath, voice, senses, and imagination with the help of various contemplative systems, somatic education, and improvisational techniques.
All are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. Weather permitting, sessions will take place outside in Durham Botanical Gardens. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Every Wednesday from 22nd May to 12th June, 4.15 – 5.15 p.m
Meeting point: Botanical Gardens, by the fountain near the outdoor cafe area.
