The Life of Breath project is recruiting two new post-doctoral researchers, to be based at the Centre for Medical Humanities, Department of English Studies, Department of Anthropology, and School of Medicine Pharmacy and Health at Durham University. These will both be three-year, fulltime post-doctoral roles from September 2015, or as soon as possible afterwards. Key collaborators particularly relevant to these posts are Dr Andrew Russell (Anthropology) and Prof. Corinne Saunders (English Studies), as well as the PIs of the project, Prof. Jane Macnaughton (Durham) and Prof. Havi Carel (Bristol).
Further details of the posts can be found here:
Successful applicants will join a vibrant interdisciplinary team based in the Centre for Medical Humanities, and, as well as undertaking specific work based around their own background in the Life of Breath, will play a full part in the project’s interdisciplinary team.
